A reissue poster for KELLY THE SECOND puts more emphasis on Maxie Rosenbloom and less on Charley Chase. "Favorite Films" presentation indicates that it is a re-release.
According to http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0027840/ , the film's original running time was 85 minutes, but it was shortened to 70 minutes for release. The reference to 90 minutes is based on the running time of the original version.
