There is a sign in the background which has been made up from words cut out of a newspaper. It reads, as nearly as I can tell,  "For crying out loud, tell it to the Globe Dispatch Sob Sister!" - Jerry Cullen.

There are some comic strips from a newspaper on the wall in the background, but I can't see them clearly enough to tell which comic strips.
