This 1927 Laurel and Laurel and Hardy comedy has recently been restored and can now be seen on youtube.
First to be hit by a pie is Dorothy Coburn, who appeared in several Laurel and Hardy films in this period.

Anita Garvin appears in this film as a girl who finds a lost pie, but somehow does not seem to appreciate the discovery.

Thelma Todd does not appear in this film, although Charlie Hall ( who was there at the time ) said that she was. It would appear that in his memory he substituted her for Dorothy Coburn and Anita Garvin.
That's Dorothy Coburn on the poster, by the way.
