This is an obscurity. This was a program for the release of FRA DIAVOLO ( alternate title for THE DEVIL'S BROTHER ) in Barcelona (it is in Catalan). The illustrations refer to some of their previous films.

This foreign poster appears to have a caricature of Thelma Todd as well as Laurel and Hardy. I doubt if they used any posters that showed Thelma Todd for the US release.

THE DEVIL'S BROTHER was a 1933 film starring Laurel and Hardy, with Thelma Todd and Dennis King. Although it was based on a famous comic opera as the poster says

 

it could also be seen as a thirties gangster film. The character known as "The Devil's Brother" in the story is a notorious bandit who steals Thelma Todd's valuables.
