The Brewster Twins

The Brewster twins were termed "The most beautiful twins in America", and had careers in movies, usually working together.

 

 

Their career began in the Buster Keaton comedy DITTO, in which they play twin girls who Buster Keaton confuses with each other.

 

 

 

The Brewster sisters also had some association with the Three Stooges. Barbara Brewster appeared with Moe, Larry and Curly in SCREEN SNAPSHOTS series !9 #6, and also appeared in THE FLAME OF NEW ORLEANS, which costarred Shemp. The Brewster sisters also toured with the Three Stooges in 20th Century Fox promotions and entertained the troops on foreign soil in USO shows during World War II.
