PALOOKA Flyer
PALOOKA was supposed to be based on the comic strip JOE PALOOKA, but was only vaguely similar. Joe Palooka was played by Stuart Erwin, but Jimmie Durante and Lupe Velez received top billing. Thelma Todd played the "other woman" in the story who Joe Palooka's father gets involved with.
