Thelma Todd - MGM Publicity
This picture says "Thelma Todd - Metro Goldwyn Mayer".
Thelma Todd was under contract to Hal Roach, and Hal Roach released through MGM. Thelma Todd did make the movie SPEAK EASILY with Buster Keaton for MGM, but does not seem to have worked for them otherwise.
