It's a ONE-OF-A-KIND item It is dated September 27, 1935.  It's hard to believe it's been saved THAT LONG!  PLUS the date is uncanny to the death of Thelma Todd, December 16, 1935
It is ALL ORIGINAL, a one of a kind.

Patsy and her boyfriend come to visit Thelma in her penthouse apartment, where she works as a maid. Thelma leaves her friend Patsy's flat, after Patsy has criticised her modern poetry. Thelma promises, that she'll become famous in New York. A while later, Patsy sees her coming out of an apartment on Park Avenue, Patsy invites herself with some boyfriends to that flat, not knowing, that Thelma is there only as the maid...
